International entrepreneur Michael Brittingham™, founder and President of The American Business Club©, an American-based, international organization of business professionals, announces the proposed formation of the Michael Jackson Museum Foundation©, proposing to purchase the most appropriate property in Beverly Hills, California, and to secure permissions from the executors of The Michael Jackson Estate™, the Jackson family, the City of Beverly Hills, and the court, to house The Michael Jackson™ Collection and Memorabilia.

Beverly Hills, California - Related Press release 29, September, 2009 -- This project shall create a permanent, private museum, open to the public and millions of MJ supporters and fans. According to Mr. Brittingham™: “This is a perfect solution for the problem of what to do with Michael Jackson’s collections and how best to make it available to the public, who want to see it conserved and in the most appropriate home.”

The total cost of the purchase, installation and annual administration is to be borne-out by a select group of approximately ten contributors to a private foundation, and shall be governed by a Board of Trustees, and the executors of the Michael Jackson Estate™. Mr. Brittingham™ is currently sourcing the most appropriate, and qualified board member/contributors to form a strategic partnership and maximise the proposed museum’s effectiveness.

The collections are to be held in trust by the trustees. The trustees, in turn, shall be responsible for meeting all expenses connected with the conservation, education, special exhibitions, acquisitions, scholarly publications, and related activities, including security costs. There shall be an on-site Project Manager and General Director, to oversee all aspects of this task, and thereby free-up the executors of the Michael Jackson Estate™ to focus on other important matters regarding the estate.

The private foundation shall be exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and shall be a private foundation within the meaning of section 509(a) of the Internal Revenue Code and donations made to the Foundation shall be tax deductible. Its primary activity is the operation of a museum open to the general public. The Museum Foundation shall depend on various fund raising activities and donations to carry out its goals and objectives.
